We've arrived in LA. The plane ride was ridiculous. These are some pictures I took this morning around where we're staying in El Segundo. All the smog makes for quite a nice pink glow when the sunrises.
If you walk for 3 hours from where we are, you get to the beach which also has a powerstation on it. Who says water and electricity don't mix.
At the moment we're trying to find a hotel to stay at for our second night. It's not looking good...

LAX could also be short for Laxative?
Just spent part of Sat in the office doing BWO stuff, but got heaps done, so am feeling good.
And yes - flights ARE ridiculous.

Great to see you made it!! Sounds like America is an eye opener. My brother has been to Mexico City and he said he had to grow a bad arse moustache to survive! Not sure how you'll with that one Karen.

On a serious note - Karen, I don't recommend you grow a bad ass moustouche - I don't think it will suite you.

Right...so have just figured out that in order to reply to your comments, I have to post my own. This is more Tom's domain than mine! So I'll now respond to all of these comments in one go.
Andrea - yes...all the snog. We thought you'd made a typo. It took us a few days to realise we had!! And yes, all the flight changes went very smoothly. Hooray!
p'diddys - don't worry Andy - Roseanne told us the name of the place. We didn't actually stay there but we went inside to get some free iced water. It was much nicer than our place.
Kiara and Taelyn - I've been working on the bad arse moustache, but given that I can hardly grow hair on my legs, I don't like my chances for facial hair!
John Smith - Korea sounds great. I wonder if you'll find the opposite there - everything is small?! Glad to hear headspace is going to happen.
allison millcock - Don't worry Allison. I too am amazed at what Tom can do with the blog. I have absolutely no idea how to work it! And I agree, I don't think facial hair is the best look for me!
mac+ - We did see Clay and Taylor in SF, but sadly we were walking, not getting airborne in a car!
